This page is for the renewal of current Merit Badge Counselors. All new applications need to be filled out and submitted to the Council Office in paper form along with an Adult Application and a current Youth Protection Certificate.

1. Download the PDF file below to your computer (it will be in .zip format).
2. Open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader (the Submit button will not work or only send garbled data if you use any other PDF reader than Adobe Acrobat)
3. Fill in the form with all the appropriate information.
4. Click the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the form.
5. Your email program should open and display an email with the file as an attachment.
